opnner ×Yuya Shimahara × Iku Yamakawa ×ARTIDA OUD――Charity Collaboration
We worked with three of our closest and favorite creators to come up with a project that would be a ray of light in our daily lives. I hope this will be a charity project that will light a bright moment in the world.
A dream collaboration between Mr. Iwatani, designer of the tattoo sticker brand "opnner", and photographer Shimahara. They each created a collage piece based on the other's work. The theme was "La Terra (earth)", the brand's signature fragrance, and the word "light".
These are photographs of tattoo stickers made by Iwatani, which were then photographed by Mr. Shimahara to create the work.
I'm very happy to collaborate with this wonderful work.
I added humidity to Iwatani's fine line touch, and I wanted you to feel the warmth and texture of the skin.（Yuya Shimahara）
It will be delivered framed as shown in the product image so that it can be displayed in your room.
All proceeds will be donated to Medecins Sans Frontieres'(Doctors Without Borders) fundraising campaign for the new coronavirus crisis. A heartfelt Thanks to all the health care professionals who still support us in our daily lives.
（※Only the cost of framing and printing will be deducted）
I'm very happy and sympathetic to be a part of a wonderful charity project.
Instead of bringing out the appeal of these two people with different sensibilities, it was a month-long production period, lit by the sincere thoughts and light of the artists.（Iku Yamakawa）
Kaho Iwaya：Designer of the tattoo sticker brand "opnner".
Inspired by Portland's tattoo culture, she believes that "tattoos are the best encouragement to live life in harmony with your body, no matter how much it changes, and they are the jewelry of eternity", and she creates simple and delicate tattoo stickers that can be subtly passed on to your everyday self. As part of ARTIDA OUD's "I am" Donation Project, she creates tattoo stickers to be used with bracelets.
She mainly shoots fashion, portraits, landscapes and still life. She has shot the main visuals for ARTIDA OUD every season since 2019.
Iku Yamakawa（Corneroffice）：Designer/Art Director
She has been involved in art direction and production design for ARTIDA OUD. She was also responsible for the art direction and design of this project.
